How soon should I reserve my date?
Customer service is our number one priority; we only accept a limited number of special events per month. Because of this, our dates fill up very quickly. You only need a $55.00 registration fee to reserve your date. You may call us at 509-496-7953 to check availability of your date, before you send us your registration fee.

When is your fee due?
The $55.00 registration fee is all you need to reserve your date! It can be paid with a Visa, Discover, MasterCard, money order or check. The $1.50 per invitation fee is due when you submit your complete guest list. RSVPLink reserves the right to remove website service if fees are not paid in full.

How long before my special event should I set my RSVP date?
Your response date should be at least 3 to 4 weeks before the event date. This will allow us to contact your non-confirmed guests and give them time to respond back to us.

Where do I print the toll-free number and web page address?
The toll-free phone number and web page address is most commonly printed in the lower left corner of your invitations. You may also choose to have the reception folder or card printed with the response information. FYI: A Reception card is the same as a response card minus the envelope. The reception cards in your invitation sets are approximately $20.00 less expensive than a traditional response card.

When do I get the toll-free number to put on my invitations?
As soon as we receive your registration form and $55.00 non-refundable fee, we will send you a confirmation letter with the phone number, login code, and your password.

Do you provide response cards with the RSVP Link service?
Yes. If you do not want to have the information printed on your invitation or reception card, we have either white or ecru cards that we print our information on for you. The response cards are printed with black ink and are a flat print. We can print these for .10 cents each.

How do I get an update on my guests that have responded?
Your guest responses are always available to you on a password-protected web page. Keep in mind that the majority of your guests will respond near the end of your RSVP deadline. Do not panic if you only have a 10% response a week before your deadline. This is usual.

What should my guest list include?
Your guest list should include the following information (example). Your guest list needs to be in alphabetical order by last name first.
Married Couple: Smith, Jack and Diane 999-999-9999 Number Invited 2
Single: Johnson, Steve 555-555-5555 Number Invited 1
Single with Guest: Newton, Jim; Amy Clark 888-888-8888 Number Invited 2
Invited Guests with family Jones, Michael and Mandy; Hailey, Tabetha, Samantha 999-999-9999 Number Invited 5

*Phone Numbers if you would like us to call if no one responds.

How should I send my guest list?
We need an electronic copy of your guest list which can be e-mailed to us at tina@rsvplink.com.

Some of my guests have called in and responded - Why did you call them?
We may have returned their call because we did not clearly understand their name or their message. Another common reason for a call back is that one guest may have responded for another guest, but did not identify the last name of the second guest. They may also have requested a returned phone call.

Should I contact RSVP Link if I know whether or not a guest is attending?
Please do! If a guest contacts you directly, they may get confused when we attempt to contact them. Should some guests respond directly to you, please go to the administration form of your personalized web page, and send an e-mail or call us.

What if I need to update my guest list AFTER it has been sent?
Your guest list should be complete before we receive it, but if you need to make modifications, we understand. Any additions can be made by using your administration form of your personalized web page. Since your fee is based on the total number of invitations, any substantial additions may be billed accordingly. If you do not want us to contact a particular guest, do not include his or her phone number on your guest list.

On my web page what kind of information can I put on it?
Whatever, you would like. Pictures, driving directions, dress attire, gift registries, hotel accommodations, travel information, menu selections, and so much more. There is no extra charge for these services.

I already ordered my invitations; can I still use your service?
Yes, you can. You can either purchase blank response cards at any stationary store. Then print them yourself on your computer, take them to a print store, or we can make you the response cards that we send out for a fee of .10 cents each.

Can I order invitations without the RSVP Link service?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of invitations and accessories. We appreciate your use of our RSVP Link services, but are happy to sell the invitations.

Do I have to order invitations through RSVP Link to get your RSVP service?
No. Although you would get a discount with our invitations, we are happy to provide our RSVP Link service to you.
